Twenty-four years old Tito has completed a graduate degree in International Diplomacy. He returns to his native country, determined to serve as an ambassador for peace. He finds the world replete with corruption, an inept government, and people whose morals are rapidly regressing. Things have also changed in his village, although his family and childhood friends still enjoy his company. Tito tries to impose the American way on his tribe members but fails and returns to the United States. While studying for his doctorate in international relations in Washington, D.C., Tito begins a rather bizarre courtship with a virgin from the Caribbean while enjoying romantic escapades with his ex-girlfriend and former teacher, Margie. The heiress to her American family fortunes, Margie attempts to convince him to marry her. Will Tito fall back into the same quagmire he had faced during his first stint? Alternatively, will he emerge from his imbroglio as a new person ready to handle unique circumstances differently?
